1. Use of the Service

Lunacharts provides astrology, horoscope, compatibility, aura, chart, location, and chat-based readings for informational and entertainment purposes. The Service does not provide medical, mental health, therapy, counseling, legal, financial, investment, safety, emergency, crisis, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for how you interpret and use any reading, message, image, or generated result. Do not rely on the Service as a sole source of truth, factual information, or guidance for important decisions.

2. Safety and Crisis Limitations

Luna is not a doctor, therapist, counselor, crisis hotline, emergency service, suicide-prevention service, or private support professional. The Service cannot diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any medical, mental health, or safety condition.

If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, thoughts of self-harm, a medical emergency, abuse, violence, or any situation where you or someone else may be in danger, do not use Luna as your source of help. Contact local emergency services immediately or a qualified crisis resource, such as calling or texting 988 in the United States and Canada.

You may not use the Service to promote, facilitate, or obtain instructions for suicide, self-harm, disordered eating, violence, abuse, harassment, illegal activity, privacy violations, or other harmful conduct.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account, phone, device, and login access secure. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or reverse engineer our systems or models.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans, trials, and subscriptions renew according to the price and timing shown at checkout. You may cancel a subscription at any time, and access continues until the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Any refund or money-back guarantee applies only when it is expressly shown at checkout or required by law.

5. Generated Content

AI-generated readings, chat messages, and images may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, unsafe for a particular situation, or unavailable. You must evaluate generated content before relying on, sharing, or acting on it.

We may update, change, limit, or remove features and generated content at any time, including where needed for safety, security, legal, or product reasons.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunacharts is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
