Refund Policy

1. Final Sale Policy

All Spark purchases, subscriptions, renewals, promotional offers, trials, and digital access purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Because Spark provides immediate access to digital learning content, personalized course generation, prompts, quizzes, and subscription features, we do not offer refunds for unused time, partial use, non-use, dissatisfaction after access is delivered, forgetting to cancel, accidental purchases, or subscription renewals.

2. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew according to the billing interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund previous charges or unused portions of a billing period.

You are responsible for canceling before your next renewal if you do not want to continue your subscription.

3. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, charged without authorization, or billed incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible with the email used at checkout, the charge date, and any available receipt or transaction details.

We may review duplicate, unauthorized, or clearly erroneous charges and may issue a correction where appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law or payment network rules.

4. Third-Party Checkout

Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including Whop. Their checkout, billing, cancellation, dispute, and payment terms may also apply to your purchase.

If a payment provider requires a different process for a billing issue, we may direct you to that provider's support or dispute flow.

5. Legal Rights

This policy does not override any non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live. If applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy, we will follow that law.
