We collect onboarding answers and reading inputs, including birth date, birth time, birth place, zodiac details, relationship preferences, uploaded or generated content, messages, prompts, and feature selections.

We collect usage, analytics, device, referral, payment-status, and support data needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Sensitive Information and Safety

Luna is not a medical, mental health, therapy, counseling, crisis, emergency, legal, or other professional service, and your use of Luna does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other privileged professional relationship.

Please do not submit medical records, emergency requests, suicidal or self-harm crisis details, passwords, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information expecting confidential or immediate professional support. If you or someone else may be in danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis resource.

We may review, process, retain, or disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate the Service, enforce our terms, comply with law, prevent abuse, protect privacy and security, or protect the safety and integrity of Lunacharts, our users, or others.

How We Use Data

We use data to provide Luna readings, generate cards and images, personalize chat context, process payments, prevent abuse, debug issues, measure performance, and send service-related messages.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data to improve product quality, model prompts, safety, and reliability.

Sharing

We share data with vendors that help us provide the Service, including hosting, analytics, authentication, payment processing, messaging, AI generation, storage, and customer support providers.

We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Lunacharts and its users.
